Soprano Sirkka Parviainen and pianist Christine Bengtsson will perform French chansons and Italian opera at Kunsthalle Helsinki. The concert is preceded by a curator’s tour through the Kuntsi Collection exhibition led by Anne-Maj Salin. Tickets are sold at the door or can be bought at the Holvi online shop. NB: the Museum Card is not a valid entry to this event.

Soprano Sirkka Parviainen is an opera singer, lecturer of singing, and director of the classical vocal music programme at Helsinki’s Sibelius Academy. Parviainen has achieved success in both Finnish and international music competitions. She works actively as a singer in Finland and around Europe.
Concert pianist Christine Bengtsson studied at the Royal Danish Academy of Music and at the Academy of Performing Arts in Prague. She also studied opera at Stockholm’s University College of Opera and at the National Opera Studio in London. Bengtsson is qualified in piano pedagogy and holds an artist diploma in piano. She performs regularly in Finland and internationally.
