Artist in the city! The performance work Young Visual Artist by artist Iiri Poteri can be experienced in Kunsthalle Helsinki as well as on the streets of central Helsinki.

The surface of the overall-like performance costume is made with a photograph of the artist who created the work. In the performance, artist Iiri Poteri steps inside their own image and brings it to life. The artist’s figure invites reflection on the relationship between the image and the truth it represents.

At other times, the Young Visual Artist costume is on a hanger, on display as part of the Young Artists 2026 exhibition in Kunsthalle Helsinki.
