Monday 5.11. at 18-20

A version of the new dance performance piece Over Your Fucking Body, created by Janina Rajakangas and Neil Callaghan, will be performed at Kunsthalle Helsinki on 5th November. The piece is part of the contemporary dance festival Moving in November. The final version of the performance will premier at Moving in November 2019. The performance is inclusive and redefines the audience as the third performer.

Neil Callaghan has performed since 2002 with dance, theatre and visual arts. He works alone and in collaboration with Lea Anderson, Doris Uhlich, Nicola Coniber, Dan Canham, Requardt & Rosenberg, Simone Kenyon, Janina Rajakangas and Vlatka Horvat. He is currently performing with Meg Stuart in the piece Until Our Hearts Stop.

Janina Rajakangas works as a choreographer, whose artistic practise includes performing, teaching, public reflection and moderating. She has directed works such as Dinosaurus (2015,) Teini (2017) and Kanarialintu (2018). Rajakangas performs as a dancer in the companies Frauke Requardt, Requardt & Rosenberg and Robert Clark in London. In 2018 Rajakangas works on the Arts Promotion Center’s stipend.
