Baby Mondays at Kunsthalle Helsinki’s Kaija Aarikka exhibition

Mondays 1–3 pm

September: 18.9., 25.9.
October: 2.10., 9.10., 16.10., 30.10.
November: 13.11., 27.11.

Kunsthalle Helsinki’s Baby Mondays explore Kaija Aarikka’s colourful exhibition with the guidance of arts educators and the Kunsthalle’s own guide. Baby Mondays are open to visitors with babies under one year of age.

The Kaija Aarikka exhibition is marked with playfulness, colours, and joy, and these are certainly also the topics for the Baby Mondays gatherings! Babies get to examine colours and shapes in designated play areas in the exhibition space. The guided tours have a relaxed pace that allows babies to examine the works in their own time.

The Baby Mondays events are hosted by Iisa Juva and Liini Laes. Iisa is an arts educator and writer. She works as a content producer and teacher, and produces events for children. Liini is an arts educator and producer at the children’s cultural initiative LAKU (Lastenkulttuurituottamo). She works as a teacher, guide, and instructor in the field of visual arts and audience development.
